So how does it work? Following the initial health screening process and fitness assessments an individual fitness programme will be designed bespoke for you, to deliver the results that you want.

To give you more of an idea of what is involved, most programmes will include certain elements of cardio-vascular training to enhance the efficiency of your heart and lungs, resistance training to strengthen and tone the muscles, core training which is like building your body up from the inside, and flexibility which enables you to move the way you’d like.

I’m confident in saying that you can expect better results if you work hard with me and follow the programme designed for you than you would get simply being a gym member. Sometimes it just helps to have someone take care of all the ideas and motivation for you. It helps my clients to know that I will turn up on their doorstep, rain or shine, ready for a fun and challenging training session.
